The Heartland Witches' Gala is an evening of fun, magic, and mystery that benefits charities and non-profits that work to make a difference in our community. Bewitch your senses with music, dancing, drinks, and hors d'oeuvres while reveling in the Halloween spirit right up until the Witching Hour! Learn your future with a reading in our Hall of Oracles, shop the silent auction, and try your hand at the Wheel of Fate! Swag bags full of wonderful treasures await all those who attend the Gala!
By purchasing a ticket to the 2017 Heartland Witches' Gala, you (which means you and all persons in your group for whom you have purchased tickets) understand and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
REFUND POLICY: ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
ATTIRE: The Heartland Witches' Gala is a formal Halloween masquerade ball. Formal costumes are encouraged or opt for cocktail or evening wear. Come dressed to the nines in your witchy finest!
- No jeans, t-shirts, flip-flops or tennis shoes.

ENTRY 19+ ONLY: Each ticket purchased includes two drink tickets for 21+ guests. To recieve drink tickets, ticket holders must be 21+ with a valid Government-issued ID that will be verified by us during check-in, no exceptions. Everyone must present a valid Governtment-issued ID for entrance to the Gala.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY: You may be photographed or filmed/recorded, either by other attendees or by the Heartland Witches' Gala (HWG) or any of our designated affiliates. All images and video/audio captured by the HWG or a designated affiliate are the exclusive property of the HWG or designated affiliate and may be used in perpetuity for promotional or other purposes.
